My water hasn't broken yet, but... Making the decision to give a "rescue" dog a home, we've been watching the Alaskan Malamute Rescue Site for some time now. And, on October 2nd, Sarah appeared on the site. If all goes well, we'll have her home Monday afternoon. Expect pictures!

Thanks, Doogman. Actually, I think Melissa--surely the most beautiful little girl in heaven--is a wee bit pissed. After all, how can any precious critter even attempt to follow her indomitable presence! (Yeah, she smiles.) :-}
Hey, Suz. Thank you. We haven't met her yet, but she is, indeed, a beauty. You know me, pictures will be plentiful! One thing that was not in her bio on the rescue site is that she is actually a native Alaskan. How about that!
